Rise in Builder Referral Fee Programs

I’ve noticed an increase in mailers from local builders. They call them Referral Fees. Basically, if you refer a project to the builder and they secure a contract…you’ll receive a check  in the amount equal to 1% of the contract amount. Sounds like a great idea!

Please reply with names of builders you know are running these programs and I’ll post them to the blog. Lets see if we can ban together and send some clients their way!
